Nickel Plating
Nickel plating is a coating method in which metal surfaces are coated with nickel. This process is applied to increase the resistance of the metal against corrosion, to provide an aesthetic appearance and to increase the wear resistance of the surface. Nickel plating is an effective method for protecting metal surfaces and is widely used in many industries.
Period

Surface Preparation: The metal surface is cleaned of dirt, oil and oxides. This step is critical to improving the coating quality.

Nickel Solution: The metal surface is immersed in a solution containing nickel or coated with an electroplating method.

Plating: Nickel bonds to the metal surface and forms a protective layer.

Rinsing and Drying: After the coating process is completed, the surface is rinsed and dried.
